MaryBelle Solutions was founded in 2017 with a simple idea: organizations get better results when technology and operations are treated as parts of the same system.
Operational problems cannot always be solved by buying another tool, and technology problems cannot always be solved without understanding the people and processes behind them.

Zuri Peterson
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Zuri Peterson brings leadership experience across supply chain, logistics, operations, process improvement, program support, and organizational execution. Her background includes military logistics leadership and experience supporting complex operational environments where inventory visibility, accountability, resource coordination, and reliable execution are essential.
She holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and leads MaryBelle's operations, business-development, government-contracting, and process-improvement efforts.
Darius Peterson
Co-Founder & Technical Program Advisor
Darius Peterson brings extensive enterprise IT experience across endpoint management, systems administration, Microsoft cloud technologies, infrastructure, cybersecurity, automation, and technical project delivery.
He holds the PMP, Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate, Security+, and additional Microsoft and CompTIA credentials, along with an A.A.S. in Information Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
Together, the leadership team gives MaryBelle an unusual combination of operational understanding and technical execution capability.
